The IIAR> Analyst of the Year (AOTY) and Analyst Relations Professional of the Year (ARPOTY) Awards are the longest-running independent accolades in our field, uniquely combining input from both the AR community and industry analysts. This year, we’re gathering input from AR professionals and analysts worldwide to ensure a broad spectrum of perspectives. Using the IIAR> SOSM methodology and the 3Rs of Analyst Relations framework—Responsiveness, Relationships, and Results—the survey assesses analyst firms and professionals across factors such as strategic insights, media resonance, sales impact, collaboration, content quality, and value for money. The findings reveal a shared demand for results-driven engagement, authenticity, transparency, and greater collaboration between AR teams and analyst firms.
At the IIAR>, we believe in celebrating genuine excellence rather than scattering awards broadly. The AOTY and ARPOTY Awards recognise individuals and firms who deliver meaningful impact, ethical practices, and authentic expertise—those who set the bar for our profession. The results of the 2025 Awards survey will be explored further during our webinar on 11th December 2025, where we’ll dive deeper into these insights and honour the winners who have impressed both their AR peers and the analyst community.
