IIAR> Discussion Webinar: Managing Vendor Evaluations (MQ/Wave/Marketscape, etc.), 5th September

IIAR> Discussion Group : Managing Vendor Evaluation

The IIAR> is pleased to announce an open discussion forum for its members to exchange best practices about managing vendor evaluations, such as the Gartner Magic Quadrant, the Forrester Wave, the IDC Marketscape, etc…

For many technology markets and submarkets, vendor evaluations are the most critical element of a strategic marketing plan. With Gartner in particular, over 15,000 enterprise organizations read their research on a regular basis. Therefore it is not hyperbole to state that a reprint of those evaluative research reports (aka web distribution rights) can become the single most successful lead generation asset of an entire year, generating millions in revenue.

Key parts of the evaluation process include project management, collaborating on the lengthy RFI sent to each vendor, engaging internal SMEs that are critical to providing current and accurate product information, and customer references or online reviews.

This session will be hosted by the IIAR> Editorial Committee:

Date> Thursday 5th September 2024
Time> 0800 PDT / 1100 EDT / 1600 BST / 2030 IST (other time zones)
