Is hiring the right word? Aren’t these opportunities for freelancers?
Hi Carlos,
Good question!
Research operations positions are hired positions.
I wouldn’t call analysts freelancers. But instead of applying a label, let me describe how it works. Analysts are members of Constellation and:
-Follow a consistent research methodology
-Agree to a research agenda
-Commit to publishing research for syndicated, blog, video, and other outputs
-Abide by a common ethics and integrity policy
-Collaborate on bi-weekly research team meetings
-Apply common end user advisory engagement methodologies
-Share a common go-to-market media, press, sales, and marketing point of view
Hope that provides some insight into how we work. Feel free to reach out to me at R@ConstellationRG.com with any specific questions!
Warmest regards,
R “Ray” Wang
Ray,
Just to be clear, will European employees have a payslip? From where?
Hi Ludo –
We are putting together both sales and reseller models for EMEA and APAC.
