WHEN ANALYST RELATIONS MEETS INFLUENCER MARKETING
The analyst relations profession is poised for change, as social media transforms influencer landscapes in B2B markets. The change can be smooth or disruptive. We’ll discuss three areas where AR is most vulnerable to change — analyst ranking, engagement rationale and program metrics — and how to turn these pressure points into personal growth opportunities.

Barbara is co-founder of Think Influence, a discussion and events group hosted on LinkedIn. Most recently, she was president of Tekrati, a leading source for news and directories on industry analysts as well as a thriving analyst relations consulting business. Her clients included the likes of Nokia, HP and Microsoft as well as various startups, analysts and agencies. Prior to Tekrati she was VP of Strategic Alliances and Marketing Programs at Secure Computing Corp. and held senior leadership positions at UB Networks, Novell and Honeywell where she was director of industry analyst relations. Barbara has recently been appointed to Senior Director, Industry Relations at Juniper Networks.

A member from the IIAR will provide a brief update of IIAR initiatives and discuss the benefits of IIAR membership.
