RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate the ability to manage up, as well as manage across with peers and mentor account team members
- Anticipate client needs and act accordingly to provide superior client service
- Support in the management of planning and execution of the account’s analyst relations programs, including organizing work streams and helping to coordinate analyst outreach, scheduling tours and staffing briefings, developing regular client reports, as well as other day-to-day general account management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts as well as internal stakeholders and clients
- Gather, distill, and share insights gleaned from collecting feedback from analyst coverage, industry conferences and analyst comments
- Demonstrate the ability to write, edit and proofread to create high quality internal and external, channel-appropriate communications content
- Demonstrate practical understanding of visual communications, desktop multimedia, social media and the digital landscape and how to incorporate these into client programs
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Manage multiple projects for multiple clients from concept to completion by anticipating challenges, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, offering client counsel, overseeing quality, and ensuring deadline and budget adherence
- Participate in cross-practice and cross-geographical teams to provide clients and prospects with the most compelling team and proposal
Basic QualificationsAt least two years of relevant experience in Analyst Relations and/or PR experience with general knowledge of top analyst firms and individual analysts, as well as general knowledge of the top tech industry publications and reporters
Preferred QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university Proven ability to lead and manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously Clear understanding of the clients’ businesses and their missions, as well as their key stakeholders: consumers, employees, investors, regulators, media, vendors, partners, other businesses/organizations, etc. Demonstrated ability to help develop communication programming and plans, implement integrated tactics and impart knowledge to junior account team members Able to perform well under pressure and be a team player Strong research, writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain relationships with media and analyst members
