Impactful Briefings: You drive a solid cadence of briefing the analyst community in the ecosystem to keep them up-to-date on the Backbase growth and strategic direction, as well as inquire with them if we need specific insight from the analyst community. Your briefings are highly impactful, well-prepared and polished. Over time, you’ve curated an impressive toolkit that is applied both globally as well as locally when briefing analysts.
Analyst Publications: You secure and deliver impactful coverage in analyst reports and orchestrate successful submissions by collaborating with all relevant stakeholders, while taking full ownership of the outcome. You create a calendar of upcoming publications that demand our attention and run effective programs to consistently execute at the highest level with the right experts involved.
Market Research & Insights: You are always up-to-date with the latest financial services and digital banking market trends and insights globally. You contribute to thought leadership in Backbase through sharing your findings actively with the relevant stakeholders.
Project Management: You take full ownership of any assignments from beginning to end, while consulting with peers for expert input and validation. You know how to run a cross-functional project with a fast-paced heartbeat, while aligning all stakeholders and managing expectations.
Program Management: You own the responsibility of global Analyst Relations, and run pragmatic programs to have regional / local Analyst Relations impact through the local Backbase Hubs. You ensure that also the local hubs are actively enabled to engage and activate their local Analyst ecosystem.
