The Internet and mobile technologies have changed the way people interact and created a population that is always on and always connected. This new connectivity and interaction patterns have opened up many new business innovation and opportunities, but at the same time has led to behavioral changes that are creating frictions and unmet expectations among employees, partners and customers/prospects. For many companies this manifests as a “sales” problem but is, in fact a buyer behavioral “problem”. I’ve been watching analysts for a long time and think this is fascinating -I was waiting for such a “JD Power of Tech” for a long time. The piece talks about Chaordix and Whale Path, and I’ve known for a while about G2 Crowd. Another well known so called Peer Review Site (PRS) is TrustRadius.
