Job Description – CenturyLink Technology Solutions is looking for a talented and hard-driving individual to take a leadership role in as part of a team developing strategic relationships with high-profile industry influencers (analysts, influencers, bloggers). This senior influencer relations manager role will create programs and build relationships that that have broad industry influence, helping shape the industry view of CenturyLink and driving key perception changes and thought-leadership initiatives that support the business’ aggressive growth goals.
Requirements – The applicant must be a strong team leader and have significant experience developing creative communication strategies that can be implemented globally. The successful candidate must be confident, energetic and articulate, and be a self-starter able to manage multiple programs that deliver significant results.
The successful candidate will have strong product marketing and communications background, demonstrated technology understanding, excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry influentials. This person will also excel at working in dynamic cross-team environments. IIAR Membership and Certification is desirable although not essential.
